We are currently looking for an ambitious marketing specialist to be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of our marketing strategy like social media account of the company. You will focus on creating, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital and traditional marketing campaigns across various marketing channels.
You must be highly self-motivated, proactive, and have a working knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies in order to execute successful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans.
- Undertake competitor research and analyses.
- Conduct market research to establish customer trends and habits.
- Establish goals and objectives in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional).
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting and networking.
- Promote brand awareness through marketing efforts.
- Create marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms.
- Support the marketing team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing, and event planning.
- Assist with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Perform other duties when needed

المهارات
Qualifications:
- Must have graphic design background,
- Photography background is a big plus
- Working in showroom, display, fit out, joinery and interior design is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or related field
- Ability to create graphic illustrations of complex data using Adobe InDesign software
- Experience managing promotional budgets
- Experience with product launches or integrated marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics
- Proficiency with content management systems
- Experience in planning and leading initiatives
