We are looking for a mobile application engineer lead who is passionate about solving business problems by applying the best engineering approaches and practices. As a member of the engineering team, you are required to apply your knowledge to all software development life-cycle. Innovation, research, and collaboration to achieve both business and client best interests are the qualities that we look for.

KEY Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and test various mobile app use cases and features.
Select appropriate tools and approaches to achieve product goals.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
7-8 years of experience in the development of iOS apps
Must have experience of development for Banks / Financial Institutions.
Expert knowledge of asynchronous programming (GCD, NSOperationQueue, Promises).
Expert knowledge of the iOS SDK (UIKit, Storyboards, Core Animation, Core Data, Auto-layout)
Have lead publishing one or more iOS/Android apps in the app/play store.
Experience in building and leading a mobile development team.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
Experience with Swift and Objective-C.
Extensive knowledge of Unit Testing frameworks, ideally some understanding of Automation testing.
Knowledge about newly released updates from Apple, Swift UI, Widgets, and AppClips. is a great addition.
Experience with dependency managers (e.g. CocoaPods, Swift Package Manager).
Experience in web services REST and GraphQL.
Experience in Android apps is very desirable.
Knowledge about CI/CD.
Familiarity with using Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
Ability to break down complex requirements into workable tasks.
The ability to communicate with product managers and designers to clarify/adjust requirements is a must.
Experience in establishing design systems is highly desirable.
