Food and Beverage Manager
We are looking to hire an experienced and creative F&B manager to handle F&B operation within our premises.
Food and Beverage Manager Responsibilities:
- Designing and Implement F & B concepts, including menu creation, material sourcing and staff hiring.
- Forecasting, planning, sourcing, and ordering food and beverage supplies.
- Adhering to the F&B budget.
- Managing daily F&B operations.
- Following health and safety regulations.
- Maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
- Assisting with marketing events.
- Creating and enforcing restaurant policies, targets, and KPIs.
- Hiring, training, and managing food and beverage staff.
المهارات
Food and Beverage Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the F & B industry, with at least 5 years’ experience in management position.
- Hospitality/ Culinary / food service management degree is essential
- In-depth knowledge of the food industry.
- Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software.
- Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to forecast food and beverage needs.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Great delegation skills.
