Job Brief:

Responsible for keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material, greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional manner, in addition to answering questions and addressing complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner and inform company personnel of visitor arrival
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, …etc.)
  • Answer costumers’ questions and address complaints
  • Give visitors badges and direct them to where they can sign in as per the internal policies
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated records and files

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other related field.

Level of Experience:

Limited Experience in Customer Service.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

  • Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
  • Good command of English language both speaking and writing
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Good knowledge of customer care methods
  • Basic command of computer skills (MS Office)
