Civil Engineer Responsibilities:
.Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
.Using a range of computer software for developing detailed designs
.Liaising with clients, Consultant and subcontractors
.Compiling job specifications
.Scheduling material and equipment purchases
.Project should be health and safety
.Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed on time.
.Preparing material, equipment and labor requirement
.Execute Civil and Infrastructure projects
.Familiar with code of practice with respect to Dubai Based Authorities with good Engineering and communication skills.
.Good Managerial skills with case execution practices and can train their team for proper execution
.Shall be able to plan their site with clear vision of look ahead and requesting resources well before time.
.Experience 4-5 years with good communication skills.
.Driving License must.
Civil Supervisor Cum Foreman Responsibilities:
.Can Guide team for execution of all civil and infrastructure works
.Timely work Progress and Quality of work.
.Should have expertise to guide Steel fixers, Carpenters and Masons
.Experience 4-5 years with good communication skills.
Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:
.Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
.Manage all accounting transactions
.Preparation of daily sales and purchases.
.Preparation of Income and expenses
.Responsible for daily purchase bills to be update up to date
.Assist with reviewing for expenses, payroll records.
.Tally software with perfections
.Banking Transactions & BRS
.Experience 2years
.Driving License (if available)
Admin Assistant Responsibilities:
.Phone calls coordination and strong follow up.
.Organize and schedule appointments Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
.Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
.Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
.Develop and maintain a filing system
.Update and maintain office policies and procedures
.Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
.Maintain contact lists
.Book travel arrangements
.Provide general support to visitors
.Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
.Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
.Labour dealing as in Admin
.Coordinate with Vehicle Maintenance workshop (additional if have knowledge)
.Experience 3-4years with good communication skills
