  3. Deliver advertising or illustration proofs to clients for approval.
  4. Prepare promotional plans, sales literature, media kits and sales plans.
  5. Report on all sales & marketing activities to the CEO.
  6. Work closely with the CEO in operations.
  7. Complete various marketing projects at the request of CEO.
  8. Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email.
  9. Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings, Write emails, memos and letters
