The team you'll be part of
Will ensure the operation, maintenance and technical problem solving of the alarming management application based on IBM Tivoli Netcool (like NOI, ITNM, TNCM, ITM, Impact, Dash) .

What you will learn and contribute to
Support new customer project on-boarding/integration into global shared alarming tool environment on global basis
• Resolving incidents reported by e.g. user or monitoring tools within a given time frame
• Interact with the CNS User communityDevelop correlation/enrichment triggers and tools
• Develop correlation/enrichment triggers and tool
• Alignment with development team and external vendors
• Complete NOI Installation/Upgrade/Configuration.
Your skills and experience
You have:
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in IT&C
- Basic Unix/Linux experience (e.g. login, navigate directory/file structure, view log files, transfer and extract log files etc.)
- Advanced SQL & Basic JAVA
- Basic software testing experience with TcpDump, TCPIP, HTML, XML
- Preparing test summary reports
- Working with multiple stakeholders and taking ownerships in driving issues/tasks to closure.
- Should have capability to play the independent contributor as well as team player role
Softskills
- Very good communication skills (oral & written), Good collaboration and business skills normally required to perform complex team-oriented tasks
- Should be good team player
- Should be ready to work in flexible work timings/time zones to serve customer across regions
- Should be proactive and collaborate with cross functional teams and drive issues to closur
