Job Description

Job Objective
The job holder will design, monitor , improve and manage change for E-commerce fulfilment processes in DC's (that are common for E-commerce and stores) to continuously improve TAT and costs. The job holder will supervise and manage delivery fleet for e-commerce deliveries for optimum cost and lead time.
Job Description
.Track and improve key metrics pertaining to DC fulfilment customer delight, covering speed and accuracy and taking quick decisions to align end objective of seller and
.Identify lead/lag indicators and drive initiatives to get things back on track
.Lead lean initiatives to improve key fulfilment related metrics
.Be a core team member in the engagement between the supply chain planning & ops team and the various categories
.Accountable for communication of progress, accomplishments and challenges
.Driver key operational and customer service metrics consistently
.Cost, quality and efficiency management to achieve operations SLAs
.Responsible for handling manpower and create, review & analyze reports on operations
.Ensure the system and ops level guidelines strictly adhere in the respective facilities
.Ensure all the Assets are in place and good working condition for the smooth operations
.Visit and followup with hubs to ensure all measuring KPIs are met
.Ensuring TAT control fo Achieve Last Mile metrics to ensure performance goals are successfully met, decrease incident rates, comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), etc.
.Supervise the execution of daily dispatch to include the planning, delivery, monitoring of assigned loads, drivers, and equipment in tandem with the customer's requirements for production plans, routes and schedules.
.Perform all supervisory responsibilities for assigned staff, which include scheduling, assigning work, hiring, training and development, and addressing/documenting performance or disciplinary issues.
.Monitor the established KPI and productivity goals for subordinates and drivers.
.Engagement with the customers, customer support and drivers to ensure proper communication is distributed for successful completion of deliveries in the established time frame.
