Operating, Installing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining and repairing a variety of large and small heating, ventilating, air conditioning, cold stores and refrigeration systems and equipment

Check the efficiency of the machines by collecting information from the machine HMI, dashboards, and OEM manuals as well as check them personally.
Understands refrigeration cycle to include identifying components in refrigeration circuit, understanding how each component works, diagnosing problems in the refrigeration circuit, using manifold gauge set.
Identify the problem areas and look for appropriate solutions to fix those problems and prevent the machines from deterioration.
Keep a track of the all maintenance services provided and the up gradations done and repeating the same after a set time span
Compiling the safety norms related to the equipment and making sure that they are meeting the expected safety norms.
Receive all daily maintenance requests from various areas and implement the request with proper distribution with area specialist.
Ensure proper execution of preventive maintenance schedule to ensure equipment efficiency and effectiveness.
Coordinate with other maintenance / functional areas to ensure the plants, cold stores and facilities requirements are accomplished in good quality and during the required time.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations.

المهارات

Specialized Institute or High school degree in Refrigeration & HVAC system
Diploma degree in engineering with post graduate studies, in courses covering maintenance, HVAC & Refrigeration system
5 Years in the same field in FMCG company
7-10 + Years with the last three years as a high technical level in FMCG international company, or solid experience and excellent track records that are filled with achievements
