  • 1-3 years of experience in a typical call centre environment
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
  • Strong knowledge or idea in a call centre terminology
  • Good in Basic Mathematical calculation
  • Familiar in basic banking terms
