Change Management is an integral component of the requirements of this project and will be required in several phases, change management policy, to develop the required policy and procedure of the changes required to the scope, budget, and schedule within the highest level of the project in relevance to the project committees, to develop the organizational change management and knowledge transfer requirements which need to be applied during the implementation. when the project goes live, a strong change management framework needs to be applied, this framework needs to be developed and approved during the early stages of the project, emphad during the project implementation and completely enforced during the operation.
