Main Purpose
1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
2. Ensure that the project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
3. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal procedures and ensuring technical feasibility
4. Ensure resource availability and allocation
5. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
6. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
7. Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
Main Objectives
A. Report and escalate to management as needed
B. Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
C. Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
D. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
E. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
F. Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
G. Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
H. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
I. Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
J. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
K. Use and continually develop leadership skills
L. Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
M. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
A. Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
B. Proven working experience in project management especially in the field of Information & Communication Technology
C. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
D. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
E. Strong Problem Solving skills
F. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
G. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
H. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a MUST
I. Proficiency in English / Arabic is a plus
