Engagement Manager – Open Banking
Job Description

Your Responsibilities
- Own the client relationship and set efficient governance mechanism to ensure delivery excellence across all engagement streams
- Maintain and enrich the relationship with the leadership team in the client organization
- Conduct regular review meetings with internal stakeholders as well as client stakeholders
- Establish a strong delivery team, in a hybrid model of onsite & offshore delivery locations
- Experienced in working in a multi-location multi-time zone environment
- Identify opportunities for cross selling and up selling and increase the Capgemini footprint within the account
- Be the first point of escalation for any delivery issues within the engagement
- Organizing and steering the engagement team
- Forecast monthly revenue, monthly head count requirement
- Plan for demand management and fulfillment for the account
- Create an effective structure to manage large teams
- Support invoicing process and cash collection from the client
- Ensuring capture of engagement best practices
Your Qualifications
- Understanding of delivery operations (10+ years of experience)
- Experience in delivering custom development engagements, including front end development
- Knowledge of AMS tools and practices -Service management
- Understanding of the Financial Services business
- Solid understanding of open banking and its related technologies
- Strong client management and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- PMP certified is a plus
