We are hiring for Hostess / Customer service for our client "real estate developer" based in sharjah (university Road)
- To welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Assign the concerned member (Sales, CRM or Accountant) to them after verifying their needs & requirements.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Offer appropriate details about the company using relevant tools and software to inform the customers about ongoing projects or other information.
المهارات
- Prior work exposure in the field of customer support and service.
- Adept in using customer relationship management software to offer the best client services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Thorough understanding of setting priorities for a task to comply with the set deadlines and responsibilities.
