Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Review food and non-food Stock on Hand on daily basis
– Work closely with 3 PL provider and report any Out of Stock and pending Inbounds.
– Coordination with the vendor with regards to any issues and follow up on pending inbounds if any.
– Coordination with stores in terms of any discrepancies in their orders while receiving.
– Control and ownership of Item Master and Master Price list in terms of product discontinuation and updating
– Ordering Furniture and Fixtures (SS) for NSO's in alignment with the store opening pipelines.
– Fulfill country's requirements in terms of all the above categories. Forecasting on a quarterly basis and share the best quote and handover to regions to order.
– Planning and execution of Import orders for all categories.
– Accountability of all 3PL inventory – all inbounds and outbounds.
