Ooredoo Oman Family Member
As the Senior Manager- National Wholesale you will be responsible for managing national operators, resellers, IGW accounts (National Wholesale) agreements and thereby fulfillment of AOP with respect to national wholesale revenue. Further operational handle agreements and finance/billing disputes and finally identify National wholesale opportunities & Initiatives.
The agreements and their implementation secures that other national operators customers can reach ours and vice versa on both the traditional voice telephony but also data peering.
Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible of the following:

Daily account management of class II operators such as the resellers, ISP and MVNO with respect to national interconnect, transmission, billing, finance, legal, regulatory, marketing

Daily account management of 2 way requests between Ooredoo and class I operators including support to technical with respect to planning, design, implementation, operation, IT

Undertake Monthly reporting of revenue and performance against targets, identifying any shortfalls and corrective actions planned

Report on National Wholesale agreements in TRA

Overall responsible for achieving the AOP revenue target for National Wholesale

Daily maintenance of all internal-external stakeholder’s operational coordination, support and technical liaison for all wholesale related activities such as FOC trench sharing, IBS, number opening, troubleshooting, co-location disputes, with billing, finance, SA, IT

Provide support in negotiating National Wholesale agreements and responsible for their implementation.

The Person
You should have a minimum of 7 years’ experience with a telecom network/ operator, with at least 3 years’ experience in a wholesale environment. Must have significant experience in managing agreements with operators and with re-sellers. Strong understanding of the wholesale environment. Proven experience in delivering revenue targets. Knowledge in Fiber optic (OSP/ISP), Transmission & core/IP/Traffic management, Contract/Business negotiations, Financial planning. Fluent in English (written and spoken); with a University degree in Business Management, Commerce or any related field or strong work experience within a related area.
