Job Summary

Organizational Effectiveness (OE) is key and is relied upon for the development, management, and support of organizational effectiveness strategy, programs, processes, and metrics to achieve positive business outcomes. OE guides in the areas of action planning, culture and change management, project planning, safety culture, operational focus, and other leader and team effectiveness initiatives. To support and implement approved continuous improvement methodologies, tools, and training to ensure long-term sustainable improvement and growth for the organization. This role supports continuous improvement by interacting with and coaching employees on proven methods to continuously increase their efficiency and enhance overall business performance. The OE role leads process improvement initiatives by identifying, analyzing, implementing, and monitoring improvements. Collaborates with leadership to ensure OE projects deliver the intended value.

Job Responsibilities 1

Accurately diagnoses root causes of critical organizational issues and provides objective, practical, data-driven solutions that are sustainable.

Develops and delivers sound, persuasive business cases for change that result in leadership action.

Actively participates on cross-functional teams as a subject matter expert in change management, organization design, performance management, or employee engagement.

Provides feedback, insights, and recommendations from observations on leadership and teamwork effectiveness.

Conducts assessments and uses data to provide consultation on organizational effectiveness interventions that will close gaps from current to desired future state.

Prepares and executes all OE assessment and measure impact on business and operations based on best practices.

Ensures strategic organizational alignment with the company business strategy.

Establishes key performance factors (KPF) and follows up on improvement initiatives to ensure results are measured and achieved, including monthly business reporting.

Job Responsibilities 2

Supports operational diagnostics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Stays on top of industry trends, strengths, and areas,for improvement in OE.

Supports the company Leaders in the identification of innovative process improvement ideas to optimize operational efficiency, enhance performance, and realize cost benefits/savings.

Collaborates with Functional and Business Leaders in the evaluation and prioritization of ideas that result in OE projects.

Provides feedback to ensure projects are properly defined and agreed-upon based on established criteria.

Additional Responsibilities 3

Job Knowledge & Skills

• Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification in continuous improvement tools (Lean, Kaizen, Shingo or equivalent) would be an advantage.Excellent experience in organizational effectiveness, organizational development, or related experience in a large, diverse corporate culture.Good Experience compiling KPIs & data management, reporting, metrics, etc., and related reporting systems/platforms.Experience with benchmarking.Recognized subject matter expert in continuous improvement methods and tools obtained through advanced education and work experience.Demonstrated ability to lead and achieve measurable improvements to operations, financial, and quality performance metrics.Strong demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.Solid experience planning, organizing, analyzing, and problem-solving.Solid knowledge of organizational effectiveness and leadership and teamwork attributions and practices.

• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Job Experience

Minimum 12 years of total experience.

6 years of industry-related experience.

A minimum of 4 years in GCC is preferred.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field
