Job Description

Create variety of high-quality exterior architectural designs.

Make sketches and mood boards virtual real using 3D programs.

Review designs of master plans and make necessary modifications.

Assess tendering technical offers regarding the scope of master plan consultancy.

Manage the master plan scope contracts with the awarded consultant.

Manage issuing project’s master plan design packages “Concept design, Schematic design & Detailed design” fully coordinated with all concerned parties.

Manage Landscape design.

Review all project requirements to meet Egyptian codes or any other requirements for authority’s approvals.

Conduct the process of releasing projects’ marketing layouts.

Coordinate with the commercial team regarding the marketing material and commercial requirements.

Coordinate with other engineering disciplines.
Job Requirements

To have experience in:
exterior design, landscape, and master plans
.

Education Required: Bachelor of Architectural Engineering / Bachelor of Fine Arts.

Professional user of programs:
AutoCAD/ 3D Max/ V ray/ Sketchup/ Photoshop/ Illustrator
.

3D Design/Modeling, rendering, and texturing using the design programs.

Ability to create new concept ideas.

5 – 7 years of experience in exterior design field in both consultancy and real estate companies.

Highly creative, excellent freehand sketch.

Excellent presentation skills.

Knowledgeable with local codes & practices.

To have excellent portfolio with creative talent, imagination and eye for design

Good knowledge of color and photo retouching.

To be Creative.
* Time management skills.
