What you will own and manage in your day-to-day work at Wilhelmsen:

  • Drive profitable sales growth on existing and new customers
  • Build sales pipeline and secure sales growth
  • Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to secure growth on existing and new accounts
  • Together with Logistics Manager ML Algeria set and reach ambitious targets for own customer portfolio
  • Ensure full compliance with WSS sales governance
  • Ensure accurate and updated information in the CRM system (SalesForce)
  • Contract management, make sure accounts adhere to all terms, including credit
  • Develop sales plans for own portfolio
  • Secure multilevel entry points with own accounts
  • Implement and follow up on campaigns
  • Be responsible for ensuring own customers have a credit exposure approval limit in place in accordance with Credit Policy and Chart of Authority
  • Be responsible for credit collections and credit risk management related to customer portfolio
