What you will own and manage in your day-to-day work at Wilhelmsen:
- Drive profitable sales growth on existing and new customers
- Build sales pipeline and secure sales growth
- Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to secure growth on existing and new accounts
- Together with Logistics Manager ML Algeria set and reach ambitious targets for own customer portfolio
- Ensure full compliance with WSS sales governance
- Ensure accurate and updated information in the CRM system (SalesForce)
- Contract management, make sure accounts adhere to all terms, including credit
- Develop sales plans for own portfolio
- Secure multilevel entry points with own accounts
- Implement and follow up on campaigns
- Be responsible for ensuring own customers have a credit exposure approval limit in place in accordance with Credit Policy and Chart of Authority
- Be responsible for credit collections and credit risk management related to customer portfolio
