Our Client
Our client are a leading Managed Services company in the region with a large range of offerings across Cyber Security, Cloud & Hosting. They are looking for a permanent SOC Lead to be based in Dubai.
Your Responsibilities

Provide first-line supervision to direct reports
Develop and supervise Client SOC processes and review their application to ensure that Client SOC's controls, policies, and procedures are operating effectively
Provide management oversight for the identification, triage and response of events or incidents of apparent security breaches
Produce and review aggregated performance metrics
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Client SOC, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions
Play a significant role in long-term Client SOC strategy and planning, including initiatives geared toward operational excellence

Your Qualifications

Excellent people-management skills
Good technical and trouble-shooting ability
Must be able able to work in a high-stress environment
Ability to interact with staff, peers and external entities on a technical and professional level.
A thorough understanding of service-related performance metrics
Experience in crisis management
