Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Conduct analyses, to determine the required staff’s numbers and skills needed to meet the organization’s objectives.

To ensure that the HR systems are updated regularly and work closely with other department to maintain updated systems and database.

Checks the personal records of employees; passports, work permits etc.

Responsible for FTE recruitment in liaison with company policy & procedure.

Arrange for Overseas travel and book flight tickets and Hotel reservations.

Enter the staff details in ERP & issue the staff ID.

Arrange for Staff Badge for both existing and new staff.

To ensure that newly joined staff added in company insurance membership.

To ensure the Cancellation of terminated / resigned staff the Insurance membership.

Responsible for Terminated/Resigned staff Clearance process.

Provide administrative support to HR Manager and Chief Officer HR.

Liaison with other departments for day- to-day activities.

To process any additional assignment given by the Management.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
Language Skills:

Fluent English and Arabic skills (written and spoken) required.
