Job Description
Provide leadership and vision by assisting the board and staff with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on strategies

Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.

Stays up to date with market, consumers & competitors.

Formulate and execute company’s strategic plan, Establish and lead execution of Operation strategy.

Set and achieve key performance targets for sales, delivery, cost, expenses, and other measurements of operational performance.

Identify, create, and develop new market opportunities, taking the lead on constructing a successful business proposal that secure new deals, contracts, and long-term relationships.

Manage all retail related activities covering setting and strictly monitoring of sales targets and ensures accurate delivery of products in all sales channels.

Communicate operational/sales results, activities, etc. to Executive Management and provide recommendations and plans for ongoing improvement.

Ensure areas of responsibility are delivered in a way that are consistent with the company’s goals and financial-cost improvement plans

To formulate performance measures, parameters, and targets, in line with the business objectives and agreed every year on performance review, with targets set for the subsequent year.

Full Management for Sales, Marketing & Export.
Responsibilities:

Define the country’s channel and go to market strategy, reinforce partnership with key accounts, and drive brand’s penetration and growth profitably.

Managing business customers, setting commercial strategies, and driving teams towards common vision with a record of business achievements.

Recommend the best structure for retail and direct the hiring, training, supervision, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality throughout: on current business activities, short-long term plans, proposals under scrutiny and any other activity related to the business
Job Requirements
Technical Skills:

At least 15 years of working experience in commercial, with experience in FMCG / Food Production.

Strategic thinker with the ability to understand market and business intelligence to make informed choices about business development

Strong market and retail dynamics understanding.

Strong leadership and managerial/influencing skills.

Ability to build solid relationships with critical stakeholders.

Cross functional mindset.

Strong analytical capabilities.

Very good understanding of the financials / P&L
Competencies:

Communicative, committed, flexible, with excellent professional standards.

Reliable, accurate, with attention to detail.

Excellent Arabic and English skills.
* University degree in finance, business administration, quantitative methods, economics.
