Your Responsibilities

The main responsibility of this role is the delivery of best practice security solutions to the client's customers.
To achieve this, the role will be responsible for mapping customer business requirements against the appropriate security controls required to limit or mitigate the identified risks. Once the appropriate controls have been identified this role will be responsible for either directly deploying those controls to best practice or providing the advice and guidance required for the customer to be able to implement the solution.
As with all technologies there is the possibility of the security controls presenting operational issues and this role will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues identified during the engagement.

Your Qualifications

The individual should have a varied security experience, either through a one or more systems integrator/reseller, multiple security roles across three or more customers, or through an in-depth knowledge attained through a vendor role. However, equivalent experience achieved within a single role will be acceptable if it can be demonstrated that they have a deeper and broader understanding of the technologies than is usual from a specific customer deployment.
The security technology areas this role will require in priority order are:
Secure Web/Internet Gateway – Experience in design and deployment Secure Web and Internet Gateways with Zscaler being the preferred vendor, but knowledge of competitive solutions would be useful.
Zero Trust Network Access – Experience in the design and deployment of Zero Trust Network Access solutions with the Zscaler Private Access product being preferred, although transferable knowledge from competitive solutions would be considered.
Micro-segmentation – Experience of implementing a micro-segmentation solution, with agent based solutions being preferred over network infrastructure approaches.
Endpoint Detection and Response – Experience in the design and deployment of endpoint detection and response solutions in particular the Crowdstrike Falcon solution.
