الوصف الوظيفي

The Product Registration and Compliance coordinator is responsible for aiding the Product Registration and Compliance Supervisor with day-to-day registration tasks. The role contributes to product registration and compliance-related operations. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, handling the registration process between purchasing and logistics process with the government in order to record products and be approved.

• Assist in the regulation of the product flow from registration to the point of acquiring product release.

• Communicate regulatory information to multiple departments and ensure that information is interpreted correctly.

• Keep detailed records, reports, trackers, and registration dossiers for registration and archival reasons.

• Filing and submitting applications for Ministry of Health approval and registration of items.

• Assist in the coordination with purchasing teams to ensure that required documents are submitted for approvals to register and sell the products.

• Aid in discussions with Kuwait suppliers in gathering and processing registration documents in compliance with government guidelines and regulations.

• Review requested documents and samples for submissions as part of the regular process,

• Validate data to guarantee the correctness and preserve data in our record systems.

• Use discrepancy reports maintaining consistent data throughout our systems.

• Involved in managing the product registration procedure in Kuwait in the SFDA system.

• Keep all registration data and documents for the Boutiqaat company organized and archived in soft and hard copies.

• Assist in collaborating with logistics and purchasing departments to get shipping certifications and/or releases for beauty and perfume items for export and/or import.

• Stay abreast with changes to regulatory requirements, and recommend actions required to maintain compliance with active products.

• Maintain records to support safety and compliance

• Support the investigation and problem solving for safety or compliance issues.

الوصف الوظيفي

المهارات

1. Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent diploma.

2. Min. 1 year experience in a logistics, supply chain, or warehouse environment. Included previous experience in regulatory affairs.

3. Excellent in Microsoft office as Excel & PowerPoint and able to utilize advanced functions.

4. Strong knowledge in assuring product compliance with regulatory requirements, and knowledge of product development and manufacturing.

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

6. Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients

7. Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

8. Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management

9. Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
