The role holder is responsible for devices testing activities as per CITC requirements and standards. Also, role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure.
• Performs sample device/software versions and updates testing as per testing procedure according to CITC requirements.
• Complies with CITC and stc standards and guidelines for all sampled devices such as (mobile phones, tablets, routers, CPEs, IoT devices, etc).
• Performs tests that are related but not limited to (Wireless bands, Voice services, Emergency communication and eSIM support).
• Initiates tests certificate and provide acceptance to manufacturers and notify CITC.
• Performs loading all stc test cases into the database and mapping the device requirements accordingly to facilitate accurate test plan creation for each product and for reporting and tracking of all testing lifecycle activities.
• Cooperates with finance/BUs units to ensure issuing sample device testing invoices.
• Cooperates with various stc stakeholders within TUs to ensure synergy and smooth testing process.
• Prepares reports for evaluation and recommendations.
• Assists in forecasting demand and tracking tools for testing of devices.
• Assists in enhancing lab/facility to enable testing of different types of devices in alignment with relevant stakeholders.
• Cooperates with tier operators for Benchmarking activates regarding device testing. Performs other responsibilities and tasks related to the job as directed by line manager
