ESNAD Food is looking for a Production Supervisor who is experienced in breadcrumbs and passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Monitor the workflow to ensure breadcrumbs are made to product specifications, on time and all orders are fulfilled while minimizing waste
Oversee breadcrumbs production staff, directing, coaching, and ongoing training
Provide feedback on staff performance
Help with the hiring and training of new employees
Work with managers in the design, development, and implementation of programs to help control/reduce costs
Assist with quality control programs to safeguard product quality
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with SFDA, ISO, and GMP
Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, including GMPs, safety, and company regulations

المهارات

Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor daily production staff
Good working knowledge of bakery production equipment and process controls
Minimum 3 years in a supervisor role with hands-on bakery/breadcrumbs experience
All-around experience with a wide variety of breadcrumbs (baked/extrusion) in all phases of the production process
Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Willingness and ability to resolve problems identify areas of improvement and offer solutions
Proven customer service skills
Positive and professional communication skills
Competent computer and ERP knowledge
