ESNAD Food is looking for a Production Supervisor who is experienced in breadcrumbs and passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

• Monitor the workflow to ensure breadcrumbs are made to product specifications, on time and all orders are fulfilled while minimizing waste
• Oversee breadcrumbs production staff, directing, coaching, and ongoing training
• Provide feedback on staff performance
• Help with the hiring and training of new employees
• Work with managers in the design, development, and implementation of programs to help control/reduce costs
• Assist with quality control programs to safeguard product quality
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with SFDA, ISO, and GMP
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, including GMPs, safety, and company regulations

المهارات

• Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor daily production staff
• Good working knowledge of bakery production equipment and process controls
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisor role with hands-on bakery/breadcrumbs experience
• All-around experience with a wide variety of breadcrumbs (baked/extrusion) in all phases of the production process
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Willingness and ability to resolve problems identify areas of improvement and offer solutions
• Proven customer service skills
• Positive and professional communication skills
• Competent computer and ERP knowledge
