Accountabilities:

Act as the first point of contact, provide technical support to End-User as per IT related issues.
Coordinate with Backend support staff.
Responsible for windows OS Installation, Troubleshooting, Performance tuning, Monitoring, Applying Service Pack and Windows Updates.
Install new and used hardware units and components.
Qualifications & Education:

Must be able to repair PC/Notebook/Server hardware at the component level.
University Degree in Computer/ Electronics Engineering or Computer Science or related area, the required years of experience should be at least three years.
Experience:

At least five years of experience in hardware and software support & service.
Certifications:

Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, CompTIA A+, and ITIL Foundation V4 certifications

All applicants will be provided visa and employment status for multiple projects- Kuwait-based.
Technical panel interviews will be placed.
Jordanian national is a preference.
