Department – Management and HR Consulting Department
Job Objective
Managing and implementing all Department’s activities relating to budget, annual promotional services plan, Preparing and implementing proposals and engagement letters to achieve clients’ satisfaction
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in Preparing the annual promotion plan for the Department services
- Assist in developing the creative copywriting of webpages
- Assist in preparing the technical and financial proposal submitted to clients;
- Assist in preparing the engagement letters;
- Assist in implementing the client engagements (as per the approved Processes, Policies and Procedures Manual);
- Assist in preparing the periodic reports (as per the approved system);
- Assisting in providing instruction and training (training on job) to the Management staff;
- Assisting in preparing the reports relating to the Management’s current engagements and other objectives.
- Working as acting senior manager if the senior manager is absent for any reasons; and
- Performing any other tasks as assigned to them.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in business management or a relevant major with minimum GPA of 3.0
Professional Certificates
Professional Certificates,
· Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or equivalent
· ISO 9001:2015
Or Academic certificates,
· Master of Business Administration “MBA” in field of Management and Human Resources.
· PhD in the field of Business Administration or any relevant specialization.
Work Experience
15 years of experience in the same domain with international consulting firms
Language
Arabic language: Mother tongue
Proficiency in English language in terms of reading, writing and speaking
Knowledge
Companies Law no.1 of 2016, as amended
Private Sector Labor Law No. 6 of 2010 and its Executive Regulations, as amended
Law No. 7 of 2010 regarding the Establishment of Capital Markets Authority and Regulation of Securities Activity and its Executive Regulations, as amended
Best practices in management and HR consulting domain.
