Full Time Post-Doctoral Research Associate (Digital Transformation Research Center)

The Digital Transformation Research Center / College of Business Administration, Ajman University, has an opening for the position of Full Time Post-Doctoral Research Associate.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

A PhD in business and management from a reputable university
An active research record in the areas of business and management as evidenced by publications in refereed journals and at conferences
Record of collaborative and interdisciplinary research would be an advantage
An excellent record of teaching experience and student evaluations
Adequate experience in supervising student projects and thesis papers

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct high quality research related to business and management and/or digital transformation in particular; publish research outcomes in refereed journals and conferences
Actively seek and apply for internal and external research grants
Actively seek and conduct collaborative research
Perform other position-related duties as requested by the head of the research center
Develop and deliver courses to students in specified discipline areas of study
Establish and maintain effective work relationships across the organization and community

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Ability to conduct independent research and publish in referred journals and conferences
Familiarity with data collection approaches such questionnaire survey and/or semi-structured interview
Familiarity with data analysis tools such as structural equation modelling and/or NVivo
Ability to provide academic advising for students
Ability to work independently and within a team
