Product Manager
We are looking for a Product Manager who will work with our exceptional Technology team to support with maintaining our solid and unique Web Applications. This Product Manager will need to utilize standard and intricate practices in order to maintain and develop the OpenSooq website and application, therefore the candidate should have excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis
- Reporting to the product manager and working closely with the product management team in translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Analyzing consumer behavior and industry trends
- Recommending and implementing new products
- Taking part in experimentation and testing of the product
- Developing and leading the product launch process
- Tracking and reporting of key performance metrics
- Defining and delivering effective product roadmaps for acquiring new customers
- Documenting product features
- Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-3 years proven work experience in product management
- Minimum 1 year experience in sprint planning & Agile methodology
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Excellent knowledge in Google Analytics
- Basic knowledge in MySQL is a plus
