Senior Policy Lead

What you'll do
Identify changes into policies and to introduce initiatives that streamline processes to support sustainable growth. Responsibilities include:

  • Custodian of all company policies relating to operations including refunds, cancellation, blocking policies, etc
  • Liaison with cross functional teams to effectively drive policy changes
  • Identify best practices across markets and expand across network
  • Timely audit of policies, set guard-rail metrics and ensure a tight monitoring around kpis
  • Recommend policy changes that support company objectives / goals

What you'll need

  • Experience in project management
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management
  • A sound understanding of operations and ability to comb through large data sets to find actionable insights to drive business goals
  • Educated to BS level (or equivalent) or higher
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL (with Strong presentation skills)
  • 3+ years of experience in professional environment
  • Strong analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written)

Where you'll be

  • Even though we are working remotely, we are strong believers in collaboration and the power of building social connections with our teams. For that reason, our offices are still open and provide plenty of collaboration-friendly spaces at times when teams need it or if you need a quiet space to work outside of home.
  • You'll be working in the location you're hired from. Due to legal and compensation considerations, you will need to be based out of the country you're hired from as your primary work location.
