Duties & Responsibilities
Provides leadershipto graduate programs for expanding, revising, and developing them includingshort- and long-term planning
Supports thedevelopment and operationalization of the QU Health Strategic Plan, includingexpansion in academic offerings, integration of research and education, andaligned branding between member colleges and components of QU Health
Supports, incollaboration with Academic Quality , external reviews of graduate programs andparticipates in program review process as appropriate
Works on the shapingthe QU health strategic direction and future relative to research and the roleit can play in advancing and furthering scholarly activity, the researchenterprise and QU international Ranking
Supports the QUHealth leadership to develop and implement innovation research with relevanceto Qatar
Promotes andfacilitates new graduate studies initiatives, especially multidisciplinary andcross colleges
Manages the trackingand benchmarking of QU Health graduate research output in line with the QUHealth and QU's strategic research goals
Supports the QUHealth leadership, program directors, and department chairs in the maintenanceand development of new graduate programs, new programmatic thrusts, and shiftsin program delivery systems with an emphasis on increasing graduate enrollment
Ensures that allgraduate academic programs at QU Health comply with governance requirements ofthe QU Health, its member Colleges and the University, and maintain compliancewith all requirements
Liaises effectivelywith the (post) graduate health and medical education provided by thehealthcare system
Extend publicresearch communication both nationally and internationally
Reviews academic policiesrelated to research, and does necessary modifications reflecting the specificsof health-related/clinical regulations

5. Copy of highest earned credential (transcript of highest degree if graduated from an institution where course work was completed. However, if no course work was completed, an copy of certificate letter from the registrar of your highest credential granting institution regarding your highest academic degree).
