Unit Supply Technician
. The ideal candidate will possess the background, knowledge, and expertise carrying out the critical functions at a U.S. military forward-base for the Logistics/Supply Office. This work is contingent upon award to Culmen. The successful candidate will be an independent thinker, exercise initiative, detail oriented, and manage competing USG requirements. The candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills; must be influential and excel in communication with personnel at all levels. S/he will interface with several military personnel which includes non-commissioned officers and officers.

Full Time, in-person, United States Joint Training Center (JTC), Zarqa, Jordan
Roles and responsibilities included but not limited to:
* Prepares DD Form 1149, DD Form 1348, DD Form 250, DA Form 3161, DA Form 3318, DA Form 2062, DA Form 2407, DA Form 2404, Missing Parts Notifications, Notifications of Non-Fair Wear and Tear damage, Trip Reports and Shipping paperwork (DHL/FED EX, USPS, DD 1149, US Customs Declaration) in accordance with (IAW) instructions received from supervisory personnel.
* Ensures security requirements for the storage, issue and/or shipment and transport of COMSEC and Sensitive Items are adhered to.
* Prepares equipment for onward movement or retrograde IAW instructions received from supervisory personnel.
* Cleans, packs, crates, loads, unloads, palletizes, and prepares necessary paperwork for equipment movement (by ground and/or air transport) to/from DLA DS, Class II, IV and VII warehouses. Utilizes RFID technology and GTN services, when available or as otherwise directed, to track equipment in transit.
* Adheres to local physical security procedures and requirements and immediately reports violations to supervisory personnel.
* Follows manual warehousing storage, location, and inventory procedures.
* Conducts inventories of component items to major end items ensuring all recoverable/nonexpendable items are physically present or otherwise accounted for prior to accepting the item for turn in from the user. Discrepancies will be immediately brought to the Supervisors attention for specific guidance/resolution.
* Upon direction, removes serviceable parts from equipment prior to the item being turned-in to DLA.
* Conduct direct exchanges of equipment with the user IAW supervisory direction and applicable orders and directives.
* Provides assistance to the unit with logistic under the supervision of the Company Commander and/or supply to ensure the command supply discipline program is maintained IAW regulations.
* Transfers property when required, facilitating repair and return of equipment as required, and requesting disposition for excess equipment.
* Maintains a master file which contains sufficient information to respond to internal and external inquiries regarding property accountability for items procured. Provide monthly and quarterly reporting requirements as determined by supervisors.
* May assist civil engineers/facility construction supervisors with the tracking of Class IV supplies, related construction material, and property accountability under the supervision of the Logistics Directorate to ensure all property is identified, accurately inventoried, and accounted for by comparison of physical counts, invoice, and hand receipt IAW regulations.
* Handle requisitions, storing, maintaining files, issue, inventory and safeguard all property required by the Army or missions as well as prepare all required reports and maintain records.
* Maintain all equipment on hand, locate and acquire standard and non-standard equipment and operational requirements.
Basic Requirements:
* USG active secret clearance required
* Minimum of 5 yrs. supervisory experience at a military unit Supply level or equivalent supervisory level experience in civilian, US Navy, Air Force or Marine Corps supply system.
* Possess current hazardous material certification.
* Must understand and know all the functionality of the Army’s Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW), Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), Force Management System Website (FMS WEB), Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-A) and be able to conduct causative research.
