Contracts Specialist

Job Description

About this role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Administration or equivalent with minimum 10 years of experience in oi & gas EPC projects.
• Perform contract analysis and advise/monitor the compliance to contracts requirements
• Support the Project management during the contract changes/claims process.
• Review of claims and extension of time submitted by the Sub-Contractors.
• Draft contractual correspondence and formal letter for the related parties of the project.
• Familiarity and understanding of legal requirements involved in specific contracts.
• Provide contract management advice and assistance.
• Preparation and review contractual matters.
• Claim management.
• Agreement management.
• Attend Client, vendor and internal meetings
• Other contract related issues.
