Your Responsibilities

Demonstrates proficiency in eliciting, analyzing and documenting requirements – business and technical.
Performing impact analysis and gap analysis.
Managing stakeholders, users and conducting requirement workshop.
Mapping processes and use cases.
Analyzing the business case.
Understanding the business objective and challenges
Creation of reports and dashboards.
Guiding the technical teams and vendor teams

Your Qualifications

Possesses excellent communication skills
At least 5 years experience of IT Business Analysis
Agile experience/understanding
Software Development Life Cycle
Banking experience within the GCC is required
Must be fluent in Arabic and Excellent command of English, reading and writing
