In your position as Butcher you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Butchery including ordering, receiving and processing of all meat, poultry and seafood in order to prepare a consistent, high quality product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlets operating concept in line with Hyatt International's standards.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guests
International experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments
Previous or current experience in Butchery
Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent English
