The opportunity
Project: This is an opportunity to work on a regeneration scheme for a large mixed-use development that will host entertainment and sporting events.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support the programme directors in the management of preparing reports, analyses and key communications as required.
- Developing and managing the process for the aggregation of data at programme level.
- Developing and managing reporting consistency across programme.
- Heading the management of producing performance data to support successful delivery.
- Heading the management of baseline integrity, through robust change management.
- Managing the execution of the programme controls, delivering outcomes in line with expectations of programme deliverables, KPIs, operating targets and profitability to maximise shareholder value.
- Managing the review of the programme controls team plans and performance to ensure alignment with the overall programme plan and ensure programme delivery remains on target.
- Supporting the programme director in the management of relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external, preparing reports, performance analyses and presentations as required.
- Taking ownership of specific performance management KPIs relevant to the role and ensuring systems and processes are in place to monitor performance against them and as necessary implement remedial actions to maintain/exceed KPI targets.
- As part of the senior team, contribute to the ongoing development of the organisation and the creation of opportunities for efficiency/value enhancement associated with the delivery of solutions within a multi-programmed environment.
- Coordinating systems for capture, analysis, performance management and reporting.

You have relevant degree qualifications, master's preferred, you will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification.
