Job Description

*Agricultural Service Engineer, Woodhall Spa

* If you are an experienced Agricultural Service Engineer looking for a challenging and rewarding role, then we want to hear from you. We are actively seeking an experienced Agricultural Service Engineer to join our team
As a member of the Househam Product Support team, your duties and responsibilities will include
– Performing service repairs, maintenance work, fault finding and diagnostics on customer owned crop sprayers to the highest standards and with a ‘right first time’ attitude. – Completion of all reports and administration required for work assignments (job cards, timesheets). – Field and workshop based. – Excellent customer service attitude. – Able to carry out overhaul on engines, transmissions, axles, hydraulics, etc. – Ordering parts for repair jobs; return any unused parts in a clean/unused condition on job completion.
Essential skills we would like
– Previous experience within a similar role – Broad mechanical knowledge – Customer focus approach, able to be flexible, bring strong problem-solving skills – Good time management and organisational skills – Being able to work under their own initiative or as part of a team. – Be proactive and efficient with time management. – Full UK Driving licence
Desirable skills we would see as a bonus
– Knowledge of agricultural air-conditioning units – Technical ability in electronics in particular Canbus systems and GPS related systems
