Job description:
Purpose of the Job
To provide data-driven insights through data visualization and gatekeeping of the integrity and quality of data throughout its lifecycle in the system.
Job Responsibilities
- Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, and identifying trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts
- Facilitate and support data cleansing projects and govern the data entry practices to ensure integrity of data
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance
- Create appropriate documentation for the stakeholders, including data standards, procedures and definitions for the data dictionary
- Accountable for data access, updates, correction and general administration of data interfaces used in the business
- Research wider data management solutions across industries and implement under the guidance of the commercial integrity leadership
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field
- 1 – 3 years of relevant working experience required
- Experience in Salesforce.com and CRM models required
- Salesforce Administrator certification desirable
- Experience in data visualization techniques & BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is mandatory
- Certified Mastery in Excel (queries, pivot tables, VBA, fuzzy lookups and vlookups) is mandatory
- Familiarity with the main data manipulation languages (eg. SQL) and the principles of database design and relational models are mandatory
- Data Analytical skills and Capability to interpret data needed
- Logical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills needed
- Strong Written and Verbal communication skills required
- Customer Centricity and keen attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally at a global scale
- English Language Proficiency needed
