We are seeking a skilled and experienced ERP Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Finance, HR, and Procurement, to join our dynamic team. As an essential member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically focusing on Finance, Human Resources, and Procurement modules. Your experience in these areas will be crucial in ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization of ERP solutions to meet business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an ERP Techno-Functional Consultant, with a strong focus on Finance, HR, and Procurement modules.
- Expertise in configuring and customizing leading ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms, specifically for Finance, HR, and Procurement functions.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages, scripting, and database management.
- Proven track record of successful ERP implementation projects, showcasing project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify Finance, HR, and Procurement process improvements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Problem-solving orientation, adept at troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborative team player, capable of engaging and influencing cross-functional teams effectively.
