Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide professional, timely onsite or remotely technical services for clients, including security design, testing, deployment, optimization, and management services.
Manage various deployed of cyber-security technologies and their integration points with 3thparty products.
Have an in-depth understanding of security Methodology include such as Dynamic and Static Application Security Testing, re-engineering, automation, NGFW, DNS Sec, IDS/IPS systems, Burp Suite, Nmap, Nessus, and Metasploit, etc.
Provide post-implementation consultation by analyzing operational needs and proposing technical solutions based on customer requirements.
Follow-up on clients in terms of technical support and proactive support service.
Provide hands-on training to the customer “Knowledge Transfer”.
Complete configuration and upgrading based on design and specifications of client proposals.
Stay current on industry trends and new technologies and recommend future initiatives.
Participate in efforts related to designing, planning, enhancing, and testing and implementation all cybersecurity technologies used throughout the enterprise including base-lining current systems, trend analysis, and capacity planning as required for future systems requirements and new technologies.
Participate in the analysis of information to determine, recommend, and plan the use of new technologies, or modifications to existing equipment and systems that will provide capability for proposed project or workload, efficient operation and effective use of allotted resources.
Participate in the implementation of new information security technologies or integration of existing technologies including initial configuration, installation, change management, and operational handoff.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer/Information Systems related field of study or equivalent IT work experience.
Minimum one year experience of experience in Cyber Security Products including but not limited to NGFW, IPS, IDS, DLP, NAC, Anti-Virus, Content Filtering, EDR, NDR, EDR.
Strong general knowledge of common networking and security protocols and applications.
Familiarity with classes of vulnerabilities, appropriate remediation, and industry-standard classification schemes (CVE, CVSS, CPE).
