The Junior ITOC Analyst is responsible for providing first and second line technical support to Equiti internal staff and must be able to work whilst communicating with the ITOC team locally and globally if required. The ITOC is measurable with SLAs for all tickets and requests to ensure support issues are processed and completed in a timely manner. ITOC members will support the local branch they are working in regionally and they will assist with support for other branches globally.
Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or technical certifications.
Financial services technology background is preferred
BSc in computer engineering, information systems or related majors. ·
An ITIL Foundation is a preferable.
CCNA R&S will be preferable.
MCSA and MCSE will be preferable.
