Responsibilities
Provide advanced helpdesk support for on-site and remote users such as (Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Office365, Connectivity, Printing Services, Identity Management, Business Related applications Support ...etc.
Requires extensive knowledge of administering Microsoft Office 365/ Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure Private Cloud, Microsoft Hyper-V and related cloud applications, in a hybrid environment.
Manage Endpoint security cloud-based application such as (Sophos, Symantec Enterprise Cloud)
Manage Endpoint security cloud-based application such as (Sophos, Symantec Enterprise Cloud)
Interface with vendor technical personnel in providing problem resolution.
Qualifications:
-3 to 7 years of a combination of providing end-user support and systems administration experience.
-Azure experience
- Cisco Meraki Experience, (ECMS1/ECMS2) is a plus.
- Hands on experience with Software Imaging and Distribution, Remote Support and Monitoring tools.
