Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
Have basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 products.
Relevant industry certifications including Microsoft.
Technical experience and in-depth skills managing and supporting Microsoft platforms including M365 services: Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Conditional Access controls, MFA.
Intune or other MDM solution experience.
Experience with administration of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
PowerShell scripting and automation skills preferred.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people
