We are currently looking for project engineers to occupy a vacant positions within the Projects department to follow up under execution project in QATAR with the following duties , responsibilities and qualifications :

Duties and responsibilities:

Monitor site progress including all disciplines civil, electrical and mechanical works in accordance with the project management plan.

Make recommendations where extra resource or alternative work processes are required to maintain or increase performance.

Prepares project progress reports.

Attend progress meeting with the client and consultant.

Solve problems that appear at site during execution.

Prepare contractual claims if required and follow up receiving the client / main contractor approval.

Supervise sub-contractor works.

Implement projects management program and tools.

 Preparing preliminary designs and studies for industrial projects.

Preparing technical and contractual documents and submittals to consultants or clients.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in engineering ( mechanical , electrical or mechatronics ) or related field

5+ years experience in project execution as project or site engineer role for industrial or construction projects

Excellent in computer skills .

Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and engineering processes

Ability to develop detailed engineering schedules and track milestones

Past experience in the industrial projects is preferable .

Knowledge of contractual conditions and obligations or past experience in FIDIC regulations are preferred .

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Strong communication skills.

Strong personality and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Experience in project management skills and preferred to be PMP certified .

Preferable to have a residence and driving license in Qatar.
