Customer Sales Engineer/Customer Services Engineer (m/f/d) based in Jordan

Your Responsibilities:

train distributors about maintenance procedures according to Duerr Dental standards

give full support to distributors for planning, installation and technical issues that are reported

follow up on all cases reported

collaborate between the Service Department in Headquarter and distribution

develop and maintain professional business relationships with distributors and end users

travel within the region to visit and train distributors as well as participate in company training in Germany

proper reporting using various reporting forms related to field calls with clear and concise messages and solutions

consult and follow superior’s instructions with regards to technical tasks

develop own technical skills through personal commitment and the support of superiors

maintain a safe work environment in the office and at customer’s sites

Requirements:

bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronic Engineering from an accredited university

proficiency in working with computers and strong networking background

expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

bilingual (Arabic and English) is a must

strong written and verbal communication skills

effective time management and organization skills

team player with the ability to work well under pressure

self-motivated

driver’s license required and flexibility for frequent travel
