We are looking for TeleSales agents to join our team!

-Minimum of 60 outbound calls a day.

-Respond successfully to unexpected or challenging situations. -Questions, price inquiries, and prospect objections.

-Ownership and responsibility for successfully managing all of your prospects and customers.

-Manage customer communications, needs, and challenges through to positive resolution.

-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products, marketplace, and competitive landscape.

-Maintain clear, accurate time records of all sales activities, customer interactions, sales calls, closed sales, and follow-up activities.

-Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

-Build strong, positive working relationships with other departments and internal/external stakeholders.

*Requirements:

-Diploma in Business Administration or any related field, Bachelor is a plus.

-Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English.

-with MS tools.

-English speaking is a must

-Sales driven.
