Amman Academy (AA) is a private co-educational, bilingual (English and Arabic) day school enrolling students from Kindergarten through 12th grade. The school was established in 1991 and has been an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School since 2006 when we became authorized to teach the IB Diploma Programme (DP). AA is one of the few schools in Jordan authorized to offer the DP, Middle Years Programme (MYP), and the Primary Years Programme (PYP) under one roof.

Role: Marketing Coordinator
Main Responsibilities:
· Production of school publications
· General school communications support
· Ability to manage and coordinate with outsources agencies (Graphic design knowledge is a plus)
· Solid IT skills (and willingness to learn) including CMS
· Social media management: Manage social media platforms from content creation to regularly updating social media posting calendar.
· Work with event planners in the planning/delivery of marketing related events.
· Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
· Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
· Build strong relationships with outside community and conduct outreach to external vendors when needed.
· Work to consistently improve and monitor online platforms, so they are up to date and active.
· Track and measure performance for marketing campaigns, and online activities on social media and website to ensure marketing targets are being met.
· Conduct regular media watch for like-schools to identify marketing opportunities and develop targeted strategies for improvement.
· Attending Schools’ Fairs and other marketing events as required.
· Develop and monitor Marketing budget.
· Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
· Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for periodic management meetings.
Qualifications
· Marketing Bachelor's degree
· 2 - 3 years' experience in marketing
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities
