Lawyer for Corporate work in Jordan - Exciting opportunity!

We are hiring:

a junior to mid-level Associate (a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience post Jordan Bar license qualification) to join a dynamic team of lawyers in corporate work.

This is a full- time role with the following requirements:

·        You should be immediately available for work and possess a Jordan Bar Association license.

·        You should have a sound knowledge of Jordanian Companies Law as well as a general knowledge of Jordanian Civil Law, possess advanced English language skills (both oral and written), be articulate, dependable and have experience in working in private practice.

·        Good academics and post graduate studies are desirable additional qualifications.

·        You should have a sufficient knowledge of drafting and reviewing contracts in both languages (Arabic & English)

·        You should have a good knowledge in company registration procedures and in dealing with the Companies Control Department.

·        You should be able to draft legal opinions governed by the Jordanian laws, in both English and Arabic language.
